In a Pressure cooker heat oil, add jeera, Hing powder and onions and other veggies except tomato and sauté for 2 minutes Add tomato and let it get cooked for 5 minutes. Add rest of the ingredients except coriander and add 1 1/2 cups of water and take 2 whistles and allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Let the pressure release and add coriander in the end.
