Method

Heat Oil. Add all the spices and saute veggies for 1 minute. Add sprouts, 2 tbsp water and take 1 whistle in pressure cooker. Let the steam settle on own Open cooker. Squeeze lemon juice from top. Garnish with little sev and serve hot.
