Method

Heat ghee in pressure cooker. Put jeera, hing powder and ginger, garlic, chillies and curry leaves. Add all veggies and rest of ingredients except lemon and take 4 to 5 whistles of pressure cooker and simmer for 10 minutes and let it cool. Add lemon juice and serve hot with curd/raita.
