Method

Take a bel fruit and remove skin. Mash the entire fruit with hand and take in a bowl. Add 2 glasses water and keep mashing with hand and use a thick sieve to collect the pulp. Don’t blenderize it as seeds should not be ground. Collect all the mashed pulp one by one and add rest of the ingredients and refrigerate it. It can be used for 3 days.
