Method

Mix in all the ingredients and add only 1/2 tsp oil. Steam for 20 to 25 minutes in a steamer after making rolls of 6 to 8 inch length and cool and cut into pieces. Give tadka of mustard seeds, til, curry leaves, whole red chillies and serve hot with mint dhania chutney.
